The 2013 Air Force Community Assessment Survey is underway! This is a great opportunity for your voice to be heard. In today's Air Force, Airmen and the families of Air Force members need more support than ever. The Air Force Community Assessment Survey is a key tool used by our leadership to identify needs that improve and establish programs and services that support the entire Air Force community.

The 2013 Community Assessment Survey is your opportunity to contribute to community action plans at your installation, MAJCOM and the Air Force.

You may be one of those chosen to recieve an email invitation to participate in a survey concerning your experiences as a member serving in the Air Force.  Sharing your experiences and opinions in this survey is voluntary, anonymous, and will help us improve life for families in the Air Force Active Duty, Reserve components and DoD Civilian workforce.

The survey will also be sent to dependents and spouses, inviations will be sent through the mail with additional information enclosed in the letter.
