Can I have legal questions answered on the telephone? No, In accordance with AFI 51-504, you must come in person presenting a valid military identification card during legal assistance.
Can a military attorney represent me in civilian court? No, you must hire a civilian attorney.
Can the military file paperwork for me in a civilian court? No
Can the military draft up separation and or divorce papers for me? No
