C-17 Globemaster III Arrival

Airman 1st Class Matthew Taresh, 437th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron crew chief, performs the first recovery and maintenance checks on a new C-17 Globemaster III delivered April 25, 2013, to Joint Base Charleston – Air Base, S.C. The C-17 was delivered by Gen. Paul Selva, Air Mobility Command commander. Joint Base Charleston is scheduled to receive two additional C-17s this year, as Boeing completes work on the Air Force’s final Globemasters.
